KILL Ticks and Prevent Lyme Disease

The best way to keep ticks off of you is to use THIS tip! Ticks cause lyme disease (and other harmful diseases) so it's important to prevent them from biting your skin in the first place! Behold - Permethrin! Permethrin is a fabric insect repellent treatment that can be sprayed on your hiking boots, clothing, tents, sleeping bags, etc. to prevent ticks in the first place! The treatment lasts 6 weeks or 6 washes and repels ticks, mosquitos and other harmful critters! After treating your gear, you'll want to also protect your skin from ticks and mosquitos with picaridan. It is safer than deet and does a great job of repelling bugs.
